I only went to one service, my family member has been going for several months. It was a really great message. The message was about connection, and how lonely and people are nowadays. I felt a strong disconect between the pastor(s) and the congregation though. They seemed to really push "life groups" for any kind of real social connection (which is good in one way, and kind of sad in another). I was not greated by anyone, the pastors & elders didn't acknowledge a new person. Nobody seemed to care at all who you were, or if you would be back. They just really pushed going to a life group to find people who care and connect with. If people don't feel the love on a Sunday, they aren't going to invest a Tues or Wed night also.

This church community has embraced myself with open arms. The Pastors are exceptional! They are so enthusiastic with their love for the Lord and they make it contagious. I learn so much every week from their services. If you are not feeling comfortable in public right now with the pandemic, they have services online also. Highly recommend!

We believe that God’s design for sexual intimacy is between one man and one woman in the context of a lifelong, committed marriage relationship. We actually just started a mini series on God’s Design for Gender & Sexuality on Sunday. Hi Jason, we believe God created men and women as equal image-bearers of God, yet with differing but complementary roles that are to be celebrated. We see the primary place this is lived out is in the family, but also in the local church. As far as church leadership goes we believe God’s design is that each local church be led by a plurality of biblically qualified men who shepherd and care for the church as undershepherds to Jesus. Yes, there is a wheelchair lift on the west side of the building.
Yes!! We call them Lifegroups. They are located all over Fort Collins and other nearby cities. Call the church and they can steer you to the closest one.
Hi Josh, thank you for reaching out! We do not perform weddings or rent our building for weddings for people who are not regular attenders actively involved in Mountain View Community Church.
Mountain View Community Church purchased the building right around 2011. They restored it to a beautiful fully-functioning church inside after it had mixed use for the years previous.
