USPS should be ashamed of having a post office like this one! 11:00 am in the morning the line with 15 customers waiting and ONLY ONE CASHIER WORKING! Very bad customer service ! Terrible

I had a horrible experience today in this place, I was so mad that only can cry, the Hispanic guy and veteran (José) was nasty with me, he also treated bad because he though that I do not speak or understand English, he screamed to me and left. I really do not understand how people like that can work for customer service.

If the package requires a signature to deliver it and they do not find anyone at home, they return it to the post office but leave a note so that they can pick it up or set another delivery date that suits you.

In the post office they give you a phone number that you can call . The only thing about complain they don't fixed nothing I lost $80 bucks on medicine I call them nobody help to find my medicine so but you can try maybe you be lucky

You can stop by the office. .and request ..comstart with the paperwork ... they will give you a sheet to fill out ... with your data ... you have to return with photos ... and the amount of it. .q everything goes well for you ..

Something similar happened to me! .. you know what I did? .. I picked up all the wrong correspondence..and I took them to the office! .. I let them know that I did not want to pray in my mailbox !. .
