From the beginning my normal rental experience of being quick and efficient was lost. There were problems with technology that delayed multiple times my payment going through and eventually the person helping me had to go inside and process my card at the desk vs the handheld. The larger problem was that I was issued me an all electric vehicle without being told so and the person issuing it to me didn't know it was either. I was even asked if I wanted to prepay for fuel before leaving. It wasn't until 20 min later I figured out it was all electric. Not only was it all electric but it only had 78 miles until empty. I'd never had an all electric vehicle before and didn't want to learn about it on vacation with my family so I returned it and got a fuel engined car. Some ownership of that is on me for not asking questions and verifying fuel levels and how to refuel but that's why I come to Enterprise, to get in and go. This has definitely left me wondering about my future use of the company. I was easily able to swap cars on that note but horribly inconvenienced overall.

I have had great experiences with enterprise in the past, but this experience was not great. I had originally booked a car through a different company but my husband and I decided to book a truck through enterprise, even though it was more expensive because we have been debating buying a truck. We thought this might be a nice opportunity to try one out. When we got to the enterprise booth at 7pm with our baby and all our luggage, we waited in line for 55 minutes. The woman working the booth was kind and kept telling everyone thank you for your patience, but we were standing there trying to keep our baby happy for 55 minutes. A nice gentleman in the line even pulled a bench over so we could sit for a few minutes since he realized how much of a struggle the situation was. Once we got to the front of the fine and were helped, we were told the only truck they had was returned smelling of cigarette smoke. We were told they could possibly go find us another truck but it was going to be a very long wait. They told us we could take a Chevy trailblazer, which is what we ended up doing. I was very disappointed by the whole experience. We switched to enterprise and paid more for a truck specifically to try it out. I would have stuck with our other reservation had I known this would be our experience.

Rented a car at Enterprise SJC airport. Great service! The car was super new & clean at a reasonable price. It was so easy to drive on San Francisco’s steep streets. Highly recommend!!

Great experience. The prices are very responsible and the staff (everyone from the person who met me at the airport kiosk to the person who received the car when I returned it) were very friendly and accommodating, especially Franco who was the person who assisted me when I arrived with the shuttle from the airport to pick-up the vehicle. I come to Costa Rica every year and I plan on renting only from Enterprise every time.

No
There is a free shuttle that will pick up in front of the rental facility which loops around the whole airport. It really depends which terminal your flight is on. Terminal B is right across from the rental facility. Terminal a is seperate.
I would ask your primary Insurance for a better rate when ever traveling outside of the country. They might have a specific carrier they prefer
No you cannot, unless you plan to use one of the airport public car storage facilities.
Follow signs for Rental Car Return and you will be guided to the correct entrance to the garage. From there you will see signs at each level for the rental car companies and take the entrance for Enterprise. The signage is all very clear.
You can pick up a car from airport itself
A cheap car can run you about 35-55 bucks a day and I would pay for the insurance. The insurance is about 10-15 bucks a day and theres probably a few fees. And they require a deposit.
across the street in the parking deck 4th or 5th floor
Not a certain limit in general, but there has to be enough on the card to charge the full cost of the rental (and deposit if required.)
There is no way to predict this with any accuracy.
This largely depends on the type of car you rent and what days, there are weekend deals. Also, there are discounts for AAA and various companies offer discounts to their employees. If renting from San Jose, I would strongly suggest taking a taxi or rideshare to the location a few miles down the road, it is substantially cheaper.
If you are flying, a return flight number and debit card and a driver's licence is all you need.
You generally return a rental car from an airport location to another airport location but by doing so you are depleting the original airport location inventory so be prepared to pay extra for it. But in short, yes you should be able to return at another location.
Keep GPS either in glove box or center storage by driver seat.
you available to drop off car at anytime at San Jose airport. 24/7.
Its remain opened till 10-11pm. But if you have anything related to card. Say you want to change your card for payment, then be there by 9pm
