They have very poor facilities. They don't maintain the property and there is trash all over the place. The best way that I can explain the quality of the other tenants is by pointing out that once or twice a day, 3 or 4 police cars drive through the place. The park is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want Internet service, not possible. If you would like to take public transportation, you will have to walk about 5 miles to get to a bus stop. Want to have some food delivered? There is only one pizza place that will deliver there. If you still want to stay there, make certain that you get a receipt for every payment that you make because, somehow, the money you gave the managers disappears.

Slum Lord, Been here 4 years old manager was embezzling the rent $ went to jail that left a couple that helped her, All thay did was hand out a key to club house so you can use the showers never met owner of the park They have goat heads all over you can't walk your dog's no grass were kids can play safe now there is a new owner that is getting ried of all the long term tenets so he can raise the rent made the couple manager's The girl is still working for the old manager the man was caught sleeping with the man next to them wife the man was beating him up in broad daylight they smoke so much dope that they can't keep the book's It's not a good place to raise kids or for anyone for that matter to live.There over run with roaches and mice there is sewage that over flows they just leave no mateanise I would never have moved here if I could have read reviews then.
