What an amazing experience with Chef Amy and her Team. Amy could not have been a better host, Allison (Comedian) was funny and she could not have been any more pleasant. Everyone truly helped make my wife’s birthday memorable. The food was delicious, the Facility was impressive and the people could not have been better. Fun, delicious and entertaining. From planning to execution and every step in between, chef Amy made every step of the process enjoyable. The Crepes were not only fun to make, they were delicious. As for the Crepe toss competition, I believe it is going to take off and it will ultimately become an Olympic sport.

Our family ranging from 17 to 64 had a great hands on experience! At first my brother was not happy we booked a cooking event on his birthday trip but, by the time we had our first drink and sported our aprons he was excited! We will be making the mouth watering real New Orleans recipes for years to come ! Thank you Langlois !

My Husband and I had the best experience with my parents. We are locals from Louisiana and it was still so much fun to learn about the history of food and ingredients we've used our whole life. The staff is top notch, beyond friendly, and super knowledgeable. It's the perfect balance of cooking and enjoying eating! The food was phenomenal! This was an exsperience and memory we won't forget! It's amazing to experience instruction and service from people that actually love what they do. It creates such a great atmosphere. Thank you to Langlois for blessing us with such a wonderful time! My parents couldn't have given us a better Christmas gift!

The location is about 3 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn. We're located in the Marigny which is on the otherside of the French Quarter from Downtown.

We do not offer professional culinary training. We recommend you look at Delgado if you're interested in becoming a chef. Thanks!
