The coffee was good, my wife got a breakfast tea instead of green tea. My flat white tasted more milky rather than like espresso. The place was very clean and well organized. Kind staff. 4.5 stars otherwise!

I strongly wish I could give this place more stars unfortunately first impression and customer connection is so huge for me. Especially if I am a firm believer of supporting small businesses. The young lady that greeted us today was excellent (Aspen) friendly, and interacting. However the older woman assisting her the barista could really use customer service skills with “New” customers. Quite the positive change towards the regulars. Being new there I questioned if the coffee given was the one I had ordered because of the similar flavor I tasted in my sons drink. The manner how she answered made me feel like she was offended by my question and came off with an attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe she didn’t click with our joyful personalities but either way working in a coffee spot I hate to say but you will deal with different people everyday. Why not try to be a little more friendlier to the newbies too so we can keep spreading the word of how great you are.
