Clay county court house is a very nice building and very modern. Yet be aware that you can't take in any electronic devices even your cell phone. You'll be stopped by the deputies at the front doors. Also as logic would imply there are metal detectors and wands. You can find your court room easily with the big signs above the on the second level all other court offices are on the first level along with a couple of court rooms. The court house is very clean and easy to get too just off The Old Square in Liberty, MO. Still on days that you need to go to court be prepared to walk from the parking lot on the south-east side or the one on the east side by the police station and get there early because they fill up quickly. If you don't get a spot there you'll have to park on The Old Square which is always full in the morning or by the businesses north of the court house.
