After being without AC for over a month in the middle of the summer, waiting on American Home shield to replace my unit, our patience had worn thin. I decided to bypass the home warranty and get my AC unit replaced by Air Unlimited. I wish I would have made the decision sooner. Sal and his team are without a doubt the best people for the job. Very professional and personable. They came out the same day and gave me several proposals and my month long heat spell was over the next day. Would recommend 100 out of 100 times.

Daniel was our technician this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our service from him. He was professional, honest, kind, and very competent. When it comes to peoples cars or home and they don’t have a clue, I think a lot of people fear being taken advantage. That was not my experience at all. He didn’t try to sell me anything or tell me anything was broken that wasn’t. It was a simply solution that he showed me how to take care of myself in the future. For any of my future issues I will definitely be calling them back!

Sal came out for the spring maintenance to follow up on repairs that were completed last summer and ensure everything was working properly. He was here within the time frame, verified the a/c was working properly and discussed any current concerns. Job well done.

Way over priced. I paid $90 for a tech to come out to basically show me how to change a fuse on my furnace. I understand the service call fee but for 5 minutes? Then I was told that the fuse cost $52+. I went and bought two of the fuses for $6. Quick math, that’s 1700% markup… and don’t tell me it’s we do business to make money because I myself work as a commercial GC and in no world would that be acceptable. Also, a convenience fee is maybe 15%… Then it would have been $300 to install two thermostats installed which took me 30 minutes to complete myself. The guy was a smart and knowledgeable guy and I know he was just reporting the news so no knock on the tech. Just absurdly overpriced.

While boilers and furnaces both send heat into a home, a furnace uses forced air into a house through ducts. A boiler heats up water and sends steam or hot material throughout pipeworks in a home. These pipes radiate heat outward into a house or radiant floor system. These unique systems require different repairs.
You can have a heat pump installed instead. A heat pump is more efficient and affordable than a furnace, so you’ll be saving money on top of our affordable prices. Just have regular maintenance so that your heat pump will last longer and run efficiently.
You can check the air filter for excess dust and blockages.
Yes we service nearby areas as well!

It keeps an AC running smoothly, which translates into lower energy bills. It also reduces wear and tear on the system, which means less of a need for repairs and a longer lifespan.
Some of the benefits of installing a garage heater are: expand your usable indoor space, help maintain your car in winter, provide a comfortable work area and reduce potential safety concerns.
If the air filter is not serviced often enough, it will eventually become clogged to the point that air cannot pass through it. When the furnace is operating, the lack of air flow will trap the heat in the system.
Your furnace needs to be checked at least once every year to ensure that it is in proper functioning condition. In fact, furnace manufacturers themselves recommend annual inspections as well as maintenance by a technician.
