I highly recommend skipping this place if you need OTC medicine; they have a decently sized area towards the front devoted to medications and none of it looks real. No antihistamines, notl cold meds. Worthless vaguely homeopathy-like stuff

the Liberty Mo store is well cared for and stocked with everything but Stone Breaker from Her pharm. 😏 but that's because No one has that on the shelf. lol. However they had everything else I needed. Great job!

Great place to get organic veggies and other healthy foods. They carry free-range meats, dairy products too and a HUGE assortment of supplements - like almost half of the store - all organized by category. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have classes. I recently took a 4 part class on starting keto. Stop in and pick up a flyer.

Call the store directly. They have a variety of Kefir but I am not sure what all brands.
Many lines of supplements have activated charcoal in their product line. If the don't have it, I'm sure they could get it.
