We worked with Trevor and he helped us find the perfect camper for our family. He was easy to work with and listened to our requests. I would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately before getting to use our camper, a hail storm damaged the ac unit. We contacted camping world for parts or assistance with fixing it. It has been over 2 weeks and have had radio silence from camping world to help. We ended up taking our camper somewhere else to be repaired. The finance guy was also not personable and seemed very annoyed at the fact that we chose to finance our camper with a local bank. Sadly we won't be taking our camper to camping world for any further repairs. We are glad we chose to not purchase a warranty through them.

Fast, easy and knowledgeable! Those are the words that I would use to explain my camping world experience! My family and I decided that our popup camper was just not fitting our desires anymore. We searched online and found a camper that we like here at camping world so we made an appointment to view that camper. We showed up to our appointment and we had met with our salesman Curt. Curt took us out to the camper of interest and really showed us around, folding out the hide a bed, explaining how the fridge worked, and even explaining what roof vents does what! My family and I decided that we loved the camper and that we wanted to purchase it. Curt introduced us to Josh the finance manager and with in no time Josh had some numbers for us that we really liked. We then scheduled a day to pick up our new camper, when we showed up we had a very in depth walk around with Tom. We have never used a camper like this before but after Tom showed us the in and outs of everything and even told us what size socket we need for the water heater drain which was super helpful! That's not all folks. Camping world really wants to make sure that you are set to go camping when you leave their lot. So we met with Ashley who walked us around and showed is everything we needed to get out and camp. Finally as we went to leave we even met the general manager Frank, who came down to make sure that everything was satisfactory, that doesn't happen often but it was really nice! We went camping that night and loved our new camper but our faucet leaked. So we had spoke to Josh in service who apologized for the inconvenience and then got our camper fixed fast and at no cost to us! Overall what a crew to make buying our first a breeze, we will be back when the time calls! Thanks Camping world!

Our Buying experience and customer service was great. Our sales person Curt, was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with everything ! We met Frank (manager) and Josh (finance) and all of the staff along with the service people were very friendly and helpful. Camping World-Summerset was great! Best Camping World we have been to.

Brady did a great job showing us campers in the range we were looking for and with the options we were wanting. Josh did a great job getting us the best financing options to keep it in the budget range we needed. Overall good experience.
