Was going to drop off my 2021 Keystone for inspection and a recall issue on a Thursday. When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted them to do it right then and there! What a pleasant surprise. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They even tightened the hitch on my truck. Thank you Fame RV. I will be coming here for service and warranty issues from now on.

First time ever being there ,went with a friend who was having a ARE cap installed on his new truck. He had shopped around and found them to be the best price around. Long lead time though, almost 4 months, but that is NOT THEIR FAULT.. installation took about an hour for the cap. Nice comfortable waiting area while they installed the cap with free coffee. Lots of very nice camping supplies to look at while we waited.. i personally was very impressed by this adjustable over the campfire cooking rack...!!!

Friendly staff with no pressure sales. Had to edit my review, the salesman we talked to was supposed to call back when he got the price of the used camper we were interested in, left him my name and number. No call from him, sorry Fame RV but you've lost a sale of a camper and a truck cap! Was in the market for both, I'll take my business elsewhere.
