Went to the Camping world store after finding heating elements for our fridge online at camping world for $66.00 each. We purchased 2 heating elements, a rod for our hot water heater and a water filter. When we got in the truck my husband said he didn’t understand why the bill was so high. I started reviewing our receipt and realized they charged us $95.00 each for the heating elements. I called the store and they told me parts department was busy and they would call back. We were only a couple minutes away so we went back in. The girl in the service department would not price match the online camping world price. Ask me questions about when I realized it was cheaper online before or after I purchased the product. I told her I priced the product online yesterday before I came in to pick it up she then told me that my husband should have let them know I wanted a price match before we checked out. After me getting upset and saying I would take our business elsewhere Tim came and ask what the problem was and I told him she refused to price match their own online price. And if that was the case I wanted to return everything and I would take my business elsewhere. He told me they would price match the heating elements and make it right. He was apologetic and said they were trying to fix the problem with store and online prices. After leaving we got curious about the other items we bought. All of which we paid more for in the store than we would have online through camping world. Long story short check the prices because they will charge you much more at the store than what you will pay for the same exact same item online!

Camping World staff at Fairmont is absolutely the best. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff about everything that revolves around camping! The sales staff(Tom)gets you what you want. NO high pressure sales. I bought our first camper for a surprise for my husband for his retirement. And it’s perfect! . Financing was a breeze thanks to Kevin. What a great guy. Micky for the very extensive and perfect walk through of our camper, explaining every detail. The salesman who helped me pick out hoses, fittings and such, thank you! I honestly felt like family when I left there. And Trinity for the photo shoot! What a sweet addition to this already awesome staff. Your bosses should be very proud. I highly recommended Camping World in Fairmont, West Virginia.

We had the absolute best experience at camping world in Fairmont. We got a fair trade in on our old camper. The whole experience was great. All employees were polite and willing to work with us. They do it right! You get a tour of the store. You get a tour of your camper before signing papers. They answer all your questions! We will never get anywhere else for our camping needs.
