Best experience! JR was awesome! We are first time buyers and had A LOT of questions and learning to do. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend, would 100% purchase from Keystone again.

OVERALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....just making a sale, not concerned about lasting customer relationships. I've had several bad service department situations, including them NOT de-winterizing correctly? Do we need to put the genius tech on that job next time? In a different unit, the undermount sink dropped; they fixed it and when I turned on the faucet it was leaking like a waterfall....do they not verify all their work? They actually came to my house to fix THAT problem. Parts not checked when they were received at the dealership and then when I delivered my unit for the work, I was told they weren't correct and they'd have to re-order. I am a business owner myself and 99% of my business is from personal referrals. It's a real shame these days that good customer service is practically unheard of. But, reviews are on the rise which is why I now make it part of every experience, good or bad.

Purchased a Jayco Eagle in 2020. While the sale of the Jayco was fine the service with our litany of warranty issues was horrible to say the least. Keystone was supposed to fix a handful of warranty issues which they have failed to do so on more than one occasion. There were factory caulking issues that their service department were supposed to fix but they could not even seal up joints with caulking. You would think a very simple task but we received the unit back only to find that they did not even seal the joints up and left holes which allowed water to get in and cause more water damage in our Eagle. Their service department is also incapable of troubleshooting the Lippert 3.0 level control. We had to do this ourselves by purchasing parts with our own money only to have Jayco/Lippert/Keystone not cover this under warranty. They also let all 4 of our batteries die in our unit so we couldn't even hook up to our truck when we went to pick up. They had to jump it. We have a huge list of warranty issues. Some with Jayco, Some with keystone. I could go on and on, Point is Keystones service department is horrible, they are unorganized and cannot even troubleshoot/fix simple things. And this is what they do for a living. It is simply sad and frustrating. They certainly seem like they are to busy and don't care once the sale is made.

I'm sure they can help u out not sure of the cost
I'm not sure it's possible you will have to talk to a service provider.
No, we do indirect lending with national and local banks
I agree with Michelle on this one. Www.rvtrader.com is a great site to figure out the value of your unit and sell it there too. I would also use your local Craigslist.
I am sorry I do not know best thing I can tell you is call the dealer they would help you a lot better than I can.
Call your dealership they will be able to help you and answer any questions you may have
Our dump station is no longer open to the public, sorry for the inconvenience.
Most businesses don't monitor q&a boards, you're better off calling when they are open
Call them directly to ask This is not normally asked on this forum
Oh, I hear he got canned...oh well he deserved it.
We have a variety of lenders that we deal with. Typically about 10-12 banks at any given time. This includes national lenders, credit unions and sub prime lenders. Thanks!
