I have been going to Antrim Way Honda since 2008 when I purchased my first Honda. This is my 3rd Honda and John Oliver has made buying my last two Honda’s painless. There was no running back and forth with the finance manager to “make a deal”, I got a fair value for the Honda I trades in and because I went from crank windows to completely electronic, John spent a lot of time with me going over how everything worked. Another great experience at Antrim Way Honda!! Thanks John!

At first I was very pleased with our service. The staff was accommodating as we bought our new car. We bought my new HR-V Friday April 11th in the evening. I realized after we left that we forgot to grab my 2 roadside kits from the trunk of my old vehicle, but they had already closed for the evening as they had stayed after hours to finish the sale of the car. I called Saturday morning as soon as they opened and finally talked to the man that sold me that car Monday evening. He said they could find nothing in the car. I know with 100% certainty that my kits were in the trunk Friday evening so someone from the dealership had taken them out of my car. I tried contacting the manager and I haven’t been able to speak with him. I left him a voicemail and I still have heard nothing back. I unfortunately no longer trust this business. I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my car here to be serviced or get repaired in the future because what would stop them from stealing something else from my car. I won’t recommend to friends or family to buying a vehicle from here either

Recently visited this location for a car inspection. My car did not pass inspection, I went to another shop nearby and was given a different reason the vehicle did not pass inspection. Turns out my rotors (that were replaced by this Honda location two years prior) were not the appropriate rotors/brake pads for my type of car, something that was not flagged by Antrim Way Honda. I called to reschedule my car inspection and was only given one option in terms of their availability, I pulled up their website and saw many available times listed. I was also told I would be contacted by a manager and have still not received any communication - it has been two days. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

I recently purchased two used Honda Accords from Antrim Way for my teenage sons. I was pleased with the entire transaction. The vehicles were priced reasonably (especially in this current supply-chain-starved market), without any additional markups. The salesman (Jonathan Matthews) was polite and professional, as was the Finance Manager (Tammy O'Donnell) that handled the transaction. I will definitely consider having the vehicles serviced there, as well as perhaps buying a new car from them in the future.
