I had a battery installed to replace my old battery they didn't install it properly it wasn't fastened down properly the plastic cover wasn't placed on there it was just loose and they didn't tighten the negative terminal so when I was driving to work it's stalled out in the fast lane it was very dangerous I called AAA and before there they arrived I moved the cable around and got it to start was able to get to Pep Boys they took their sweet time and it took them 3 1/2 hours to install a battery. I will never go back to Pep Boys!! Total incompetence!!! Owner will say, We sorry you had a bad experience lol Horrible manager, the worker Hung is just not slicing the mustard 😕

Fast and friendly service. Got a call from them almost 2 hrs before my appoitnment to let me know they could help me earlier. When they finished they informed me that unfortunately the battery I reserved online was sold out but they hooked me with a better battery. 100% percent would recommend the westminister location.

Wonderful staff and customer service. Andrew was amazing and helpful getting the financial service i needed,also explaining the work that needed to be done which was brakes.Eric and the shy mechanic was amazing. Got my old car back on the road in the best shape even fixing my side mirror that I didn't mention was loose.
