Affordable prices , friendly staff that speak good English and Vietnamese. I've been to all the nail supplies in Westminster/Garden Grove and this by far has the best prices, no need to worry about haggling . 1/16/19 Update: They carry the new DC dipping powder and have the most in stock compared to the other beauty supplies. Prices are most affordable in Westminster/Garden Grove!!!
