I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience here was fairly poor. I first attempted to call the number, but no one picked up. I communicated through text via Google which was prompt, and didn't matter too much because walk in time was fast, and is the reason Im not giving a one star. When I sat down, I told the person what I wanted. Even showed a picture, with clear cut diagrams of what I wanted. The person didn't even look at the picture, and just said 0 on sides? Well yes, but there was more to it than that... It wasn't an overly complicated hairstyle. I wasn't asking for some major design I wanted a 0 on the sides, and 3 in the back. The top front length of about 8cm, the middle of about 5, and the back 2.5. The person just did 0 all around, and then just flipped my hair over and unevenly cut my hair one length. I feel it's a little my fault, and should've spoke up when I noticed they made a mistake, but by that time, it was done. They can't regrow my hair. There was also a little bit of a language barrier, which doesn't matter; however, I feel needs to be pointed out. Even after it was "done" there was no styling. They just wet the hair and was done. Didn't do a little straight raze on the back and around the ears, no warm towel, nothing. I understand that's all unnecessary, but still a nice gesture, and have been to places that charge the same which give all that. I feel I could've done a better job myself at home, or went to supercuts. Now I have to let my hair grow, and find another place.
