My recent car rental transaction with Enterprise was the smoothest and easiest I’ve ever experienced. The staff was very nice and very efficient. They picked me up and offered to take me back to where my car was being repaired. They make it easy to rent a vehicle!!!

Excellent service! Matt was great in accommodating me at the last minute. He hustled to do what he could to help me out while he was super busy and hooked me up with a discount since the car I was looking for was out of stock. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because Enterprise only takes one form of payment for out of state visitors, which is a credit card. Not sure if this is a state or company policy but it caused some inconvenience. No fault to Matt! He did everything he could to accommodate and helped me out a lot, which turned into a very good experience.
