I took my king-size comforter to be washed because it's huge and won't fit in my washing machine and paid $20 to drop it off. When I picked it up and got home, it was still very damp inside the bag. No big deal. They were very apologetic and told me to bring it back and they would throw it in the dryer on higher heat until it was dry. Got home and went to put in on my bed and I noticed a bleach stain is now present at the top of the comforter. I'm very unhappy about this considering the comforter wasn't cheap and now I have to replace it if I don't want to look at the eye sore. Won't be going back to this facility.

Sadly, while attempting to have clean laundry this place is filthy! Half the equipment is in disrepair or not working. Maybe grabbing a rock, some soap and washing in Longview Lake would be better. If you respect your clothes and money go elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. Fair warning the owner's are not as sweet as they seem. My boyfriend and I had recently moved and didn't have washer dryer hookups yet so we decided to leave our clothes here...They "left a bottle of bleach open" & ruined over $300 worth of clothes and refused to pay for it. While leaving, the woman owner yelled "well wash your own clothes then" which is very funny considering her whole operation is about washing people's clothes and providing "good customer service". BUT I do wash my own clothes now. Thanks.

Hi everyone I got to tell ya honestly I LOVE ❤️❤️ THIS PLACE !! the owners are so sweet and the workers are so nice when you come in they treat you like family.. the place Is always clean and their bathroom is always clean and smells good .. they always have disinfectant wipes in to clean if you need to go potty witch I love . They are wonder and they always love to help you if you need help. This place is non ghetto witch I give 100% stars on them and it's very peaceful there you could almost fall asleep 🤣🤣 .. if you want to do laundry this is the place to come .. I love you guys ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️😊😊

Yes, this service is called our "Wash, Dry and Fold" service. Simply put, you can bring your laundry in any time during business hours. We will then wash your clothes, dry your clothes, fold and hanger your clothes and have them ready for you for pick up, sometimes in as little as three hours. We can either call or text you to let you know they are ready. For regular clothing items, the fee is only $1.00 per pound, minimum $10. Other specialty items like blankets and dog beds have a different pricing structure, which you can view on our website at www.leessummitlaundry.com

We have four different types and sizes of washing machines. - Top Load Machines: $2.00 per wash - Front Load Machines Single Load: $2.00 per wash Double Load: $3.25 per wash Triple Load: $4.25 per wash Also, our dryers are running for 7 minutes per $0.25.
