Traveling through and needed bike chargers…called this shop along with numerous other shops in the Kansas City area. This courteous salesman (our apologies for not getting his name) gave us more time and help on the phone which lead us to find him at the shop. We appreciated his efforts in finding just what we needed, and more! A+ for service!

Live in KC and have spent the majority of the last two years working in CA. Stop in to buy a few things when I’m in town but today just trying to have normal convo and they were jerks. Kev replaced my chain last time I was in and they took great care of me but the less than stellar attitude this time will have me looking for another bike shop. Laters.

Mark went out of his way to educate me on the options and was extremely knowledgeable. And tuneups are included with your purchase. Great customer service! Mark brought my bike around to the back so we could do a contactless purchase and test of the bikes. And it was raining! Highly recommend!
