Experience TERRIBLE. Pulled up to entrance for lobby service, three employees sitting on curb, one smoking the others talking, appearance of all three was unkempt, 1 with long hair exposed hanging in front of face. As soon as I got out I was told the lobby was closed do to employee shortage. Before I pulled out five were sitting on curb, another smoking. Having worked a Taco fast food myself we generally worked with two employees only without a problem. This place doesn't even deserve minimum wage. Took my business/money else where. And I'll have no problem spreading the word about the TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL service.

Store is supposed to be open at 8 am. We ordered breakfast on the app went to pick it up at 9:10. We sat in the drive thru for five minutes. I got fed up pulled over into another parking lot facing the drive thru windows. We watched the employees walk back and forth in front of the windows as we were ordering for a different store. This is not the first time we have had this problem with this store.

I usually have a great experience with this Taco Bell. Tonight, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious again. I love to order ahead on the app, and I get thru the drive thru quickly. Tried the iced coffee tonight. I enjoyed it! Keep up the great work, guys (and girls)! Thank you for the great service! I know it's a struggle with staffing shortages right now, but you are very much APPRECIATED!

came through the drive thru a few weeks ago, me and my mom wanting a stake quesadilla come to find out there was hardly no sauce and cheese wasn’t melted, and i ordered a crunch wrap with NO tomatoes and come to find out there were. so if i was allergic to tomatoes and not knowing there would’ve been an issue
