Unfortunately they aren’t interested in repairing or replacing their pistols anymore. This pistol has been repaired for free in the past by them but now I’m told I’m out of luck if I don’t have the original proof of purchase. Disappointing to say the least as I’ve enjoyed the little pistol.

My dad and I brought a super old 22 pistol with a crack all the way across the slide. They made us an appointment. We thought we were dropping it off and getting it back in a couple of months. We showed it to the guy he took it in back. In less than 15 minutes he came back out with a brand new slide and even gave us a new magazine with it. Excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Constant jamming. Bad experience with customer service. Called several times very slow response to emails then asked for email and description of issues and photos then 4 days later said not willing to do anything unless I disassemble and send parts in for review. Again more hoops asked I write up issues and serial number etc. No commitment on warranty and no shipping coverage.

Field striped my new 22 a few times to get familiar with it. Unknowingly damaged the recoil spring and managed to get the slide jammed in the forward position. Called customer service and they walked me through in getting the slide free, even sent me a knew set of recoil springs at know charge. That's excellent customer service!
