A++ Customer Service! Before purchasing, a King's Rattan associate was super helpful in letting me know which fabrics were currently available and also in confirming the line of chair/couch I wanted was also available (1-2 weeks out they said). Being able to visit the showroom to make sure I liked the feel of the cushions was great! Plus the added info explained about the two types of fabric I was looking at and the different type of care needed really helped me make my decision. I put in my order online at kingrattan.com and everything was delivered within a week! After receiving the items I discovered an unfortunate manufacturing defect on the couch, and called the office. I was promptly helped, and after a quick email showing the damage, they had Eric come out right away. He picked up my frame and returned same day with a new one!

Can't say enough good things about King's Rattan. Tim responded promptly to a number of inquiries about the product, and when the fabric i originally ordered was out of stock, helped me choose a good alternative. That done, my Sumbrella Steamer Chair cushion was made, shipped and delivered in just a few days. The cover is great, and best of all they are made to order right here in California. And the price was competitive with, possibly lower than Wayfair, Amazon, etc. I highly recommend them.
