I don’t know what happened. We are repeat customers and checked in online with our preferred stylist. Watched the wait time and went in early. Checked in at the store. We were on deck and after waiting 15-20 min, our time changed to 1 hr. Asked the girl what happened and she said the stylist went on break. My exact words were “you’ve gotta be kidding me. We’ve been sitting here waiting over 20 minutes!” The stylist wasn’t even available until 12 meshing she only worked 2 1/2 hours before needing a long break? We left

I’ve regretted getting my haircut there every single time I went. They tell me how much they’re going to cut off, then cut off about 3 inches more than that. I feel like half of the staff there shouldn’t be able to cut hair.

I came in for a hair cut the staff was very welcoming. Personal experience and hospitality they are wonderful. But I goto get a haircut I tell the lady and she absolutely starts in cutting away, and does not and I mean does not know how to cut hair at all. My haircut is so in even and I ended up telling the lady I’m good. I will pay for your services but I don’t plan on coming back here ever again. A buddy of mine also got his haircut there and he is a barber. Never went to school for it but I promise you he can cut hair with the best of the best. I mean 10 years of doing it, his work is beautiful. He had to tell them how to cut hair and after his hair got messed up he let them finish and gave the man a 22$ tip for his effort. 50$ in total. He had to come home and fix my hair and his own. This man jordan my buddy is a artist at what he does. But I don’t suggest this barber shop. Maybe if they learned how to do a better job then yes. But they have to learn how to cut every type of hair. And my buddy is mixed and his hair looked like his 6 year old daughter could do better.

AJ is the best. Really feel like this sport clips goes above and beyond the rest. I never feel like its rushed. My hair and beard look great and i leave feeling great. Really more than one would expect from a chain shop. Ive been to other shops that seemed like all they wanted to do was get ya back out the door. Great service.
