I went in around 7ish and the place was pretty clean (the lobby and the topping area). The two workers I interacted with were very nice and helpful, especially the one with glasses. I had a really good time. It was delicious!

This place is awful. We didn't get a sample cup but put a sample's worth of frozen yogurt in the cup we had. Immediately tasted it and saw that it was terrible frozen yogurt. We told them we were leaving and didn't want it and they still made us pay for it. Awful yogurt, awful business. DONT EVER GO HERE.

The prices are fantastic the workers are very nice! On the downside after being there for 30 mins I only saw one person wipe down counters once and one person mop only the front side where the ice yogurt machines are. Another downside is it always always always smells like they use a dingy old moldy mop to bleach the floors with I mean the bleach is great but that dirty towel smell is so off that it's hard to sit and stay to enjoy your frozen yogurt. While sitting and observing all the traffic that came thru that day not one person used the gloves in the box that where hidden in between the cups and the topping machine. I decided to put them out in front of the cups so people could see them and use them for pouring their frozen yogurts. That seemed to help. The AC isn't as cold as I would like either as my frozen yogurt melted alot faster then I would have liked. Other then that like I said best prices and great customer service super friendly.

Very bright and delightful. Huge sitting area, with tables spaced away. Very inviting atmosphere, and very inexpensive! Plenty of parking in and around the Sweetfrog. Walk thru the front doors and notice that it's self serve! The paper bowls are located toward the Left-rear of the store. Along the back wall are the yogurt flavors. Plenty of choices, and then the toppings! Toward the right side of the store at toppings! Making it very simple and quick! No waiting in line to choose what you want! I came in for fried oreos and funnel cake with fresh strawberries! Turnaround time on the food was about 5 minutes! That is really quick! This was my 2nd time coming, I will be back!
