Top notch service. That is once someone gets to you. Called asking for an appointment. Told it wasn't necessary Upon immediate 10 minutes or so. 40 min wait in line to be told at least a 1.5 to 2 hour wait I ask for some immediate service promised via phone of which was rendered. Quality products knowledgeable respectful service. Tendency to over commit availabilities.

Very kind people working here! Bought tires online beforehand so it was a very fast/easy process, even on a Saturday with no appointment! Done in about an hour and change. They have a texting program to notify you of your cars status in case you leave the store. Be sure to get the 5% off for military if it applies. This will be my regular tire service location from now on 👍

This place is busy, best to make an appointment, but it’s busy for a reason. I come here even for my tire rotation and balance because they do it right. A lot of places just blast your lug nuts on with the impact and way over-torque the studs meaning the threads spread and your lug nuts over time could work themselves off. They use torque wrenches and torque to factory spec (which is actually a law a lot of cheaper places ignore) so you are safe on the road. Seems like a technicality but this detail could kill you in a car accident. They are also friendly, hardworking and professional. The sales guys are nice, realistic and don’t give off the “I’d sell my grandmother to sell you tires” vibe. Diamond in the rough, this place.
