*update* beware ordering online. The stock is listed for every store in san diego and their inventory is sometimes wrong. I ordered shoes online for instore pickup on a Friday. The online ordering and the actual store must be seperate because they act like the instore employees can't help me. Every other store I've shopped at never takes this long. If I wanted to wait this long id have ordered this online. I definitely won't be shopping here anymore.

I went to this Birkenstock store for the first time and had thee best experience! I was in shoe heaven… there were so many options !!! The best part of it all was Sarah D! She was an absolute doll! So personably and helpful, I felt like I was shopping with my best friend. Can’t wait to go back and find something else to fall in love with.

I've been shopping here for decades. It started with Birkenstocks and now I've got Chacos, Olukais, Rainbows, Tevas and more. They have a large clearance section, too. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Hello, Thanks for your question. This is a common myth associated with Birkenstock. The shoes are high-quality and if taken care of, should last a long time. They are guaranteed against defect for the life of the shoe, which isn't a set period of time. If the strap breaks, a buckle comes off or something like that, we will get them repaired or replaced for you. If the sole wears out, we can replace the sole, but there is a cost associated with it. Hello, Staff and customers are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer is available as you enter and we ask each person to sanitize upon entry.
