I ordered 4 tires online on the Costco website on March 12th. When you order your tires it provides you with a date for an appointment to have your tires installed since the tires I needed were not in stock at the La Mesa Costco. I showed up to my appointment to find only 3 of the 4 tires have arrived. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed and frustrated with using their website to order the tires and the installation appointment. Ken Kranz who was helping me said I could get my money refunded or wait for the tire to arrive to make another appointment. 8 days have gone by since my appointment and the tire has been loaded in Illinois but has yet to move. I went to Costco today to ask for a refund. During my refund process the Costco employees went to the tire center to ensure the 3 tires were still there, which they were. One of the Costco tire employees told the manager I could have just had them order another tire and it would be there the following day. Why was this not offered to me 8 days ago? I received my refund and have already again made an appointment with another tire store to have my tires installed. Extremely dissatisfied with the tire center employee Ken not offering me a solution other than getting a refund.

Really disappointed in this Costco. I usually go to Santee but they didn't have the part needed so I came here. It was just a tire sensor but they claimed to only replace all 4 never individual ones. I know this is not true because I had one replaced in Santee and they NEVER said it had to be all 4 never even mentioned doing ones that were not broken. So so upset about their service. I doubt I will renew my membership if it is going to cost more to come here and they are not truthful 😞
