Vision Essentials by Kaiser Permanente was definitely better than I expected. The customer service and doctors here are far more friendlier and effective than the vision offerings at Kaiser's Sunset location. I highly reccomend Dr. Cheng, as he's actually concerned about his patients and has great knowledge on common eye issues. I will keep coming here for sure and I reccomend this location!

The optometrist and the staff were very helpful in choosing my glasses. This would have been five star review. But when I went to get the glasses, the optician didn’t adjust the glasses well as if he was in a hurry. He gave me a flat sleeve for the glasses not a hard case for better protection.
