I wish I could give them 6 stars. Dr. Yap is patient and thorough, the team is welcoming and warm. I love that the office is spacious, clean and comfortable. The booking process was smooth (literally booked online on a Sunday for a Monday appointment) and they were incredibly patient with me as I switched from glasses to contacts, which made the process a lot less stressful. To top it off, there’s a parking lot in the back and lots of street parking around!

I love the new location. Right from the entrance, I was greeted warmly. I was anxious about my eyes and throughout the examination process, I was guided in a friendly, reassuring way. The doctor took time to give me good news about my eyes. Then when I wanted new frames, the young lady helped me in a non obtrusive way. I felt wonderful when I left and know my eyes are well taken care of and I will enjoy my new glasses!! It was a really good experience.

Just had my first visit here and it was great. Staff is very friendly, and the doctor was really nice - explained everything really well and answered questions in detail. I definitely didn’t feel like she was trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. Located in a great spot close to coffee shops and restaurants - parking was easy but that also have a lot in back apparently

I had a great experience at Eye Q I had an easy eye exam. The entire team is extremely informative and professional.I had my eye sight checked and picked out a beautiful frame for my style.The team had my glasses ready in under an hour so amazing! My new favorite local optometrist very happy with their services.

Yes my frame was broken and they were able to fix it been getting my glasses there for 3 years
