4 mistakes made from them. I told the doctor, the manager Dan and other associates what I wanted and what I needed. Simply to put the computer coating that protects your eyes from the light. That's all I wanted but they give me lenses that zoom 150% and say I don't understand! Dan- slow down and take notes, listen, that's it, just listen and slow down.

Great office with excellent customer service. Same day appointment. No wait. Willing to work with my insurance and there was almost no waiting. Dr. was very professional and I ordered glasses I should get in a couple weeks. Will be going here from now on.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Came in once about 8 years ago to get some replacement glasses after mine broke. Haven't been back since because those glasses held up nicely. I decided to get an exam done about a week ago after having some issues with my eyes. Dr. D was super knowledgable and he took the time to explain how my eyes were becoming dry. He did an exam and I really felt like he cared and he answered all my questions with tact and professionalism. I will be coming back soon for another pair of glasses as well. Loved it, had purchase glasses before and one of the screws was loose and one of the staff member helped me right there on the spot. Also sometimes you get your glasses the same day of purchase, way much better than other places where you wait about 3 weeks .
