I am only giving 2 stars. Went with a friend to a show at the lake. We basically dropped our stuff off and left. When we came back our room was horribly warm. Noticed a whole stack of Styrofoam cups between the window and the screen. If it tells you anything then still use actual keys for the rooms. When we called they said there was nothing they could do. Went to leave an return the keys. Apparently there is no front desk after a certain hour as the whole lobby was dark and locked down. We ended up leaving our keys in the room and traveled back home which was over an hour away. Would not recommend. Rooms also need updated not worth the $187 we spent for 1 night. And their was left over hair in our sink. Also no microwave but has a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room which was covered in dust.

We didn’t even end up staying. The first room they put us in, the key wouldn’t turn (even with the front desk staff trying). Second room, we walked in and someones bags and clothes were in there, which they blamed on the people not leaving by check out. My question is, do they not have housekeeping in between checkout and check in? Third room we walked in, there were bugs everywhere and blood stains on the bed. We felt like bugs were crawling on us and just couldn’t sleep in a room like this. Also couldn’t help but to think, what if they give another guest OUR room key since that had happened to us. Talked to the front desk and she was rude and didn’t care about the situation or even apologize. Told me I could call the manager on Tuesday (4 days after our one night stay) to talk about a refund.

Definitely needs some updating and cleaning. The room smelled like smoke and other than a bed, a hot tub, and a glass table with 2 uncomfortable chairs there wasn't much to justify the $160 price tag. It seems to be a place to go have a freaky dirty night with a lover but that's about it!

My family arrived around 10:40 the night of our reservation. The lights were off, doors were locked, and the "no vacancy" sign was on. My husband had to call the front desk just to get into the building, let alone check-in. He was told that staff "didn't think we were coming" so they locked up for the night. Both myself and my husband have worked in hotels, and we were never instructed to shut the lights off and lock the lobby up for any reason. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but I didn't appreciate the poor service. And with the upgrade, it meant there should have been no reason for the "no vacancy" light to be on. They also didn't have breakfast when their website clearly states that they do. When asked about it, the front desk attendant was very rude and gave no explanation as to why there wasn't any. We will not be staying here again, and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I'm sure they are willing to discuss options, but as far as I know they don't
