Got to the store about 9:45am. Ordered 3 drinks, first two came out within 10 mins of being there. Waited forever for our last drink… they did not get it out our last drink until 10:30am. They served several other people we before us.

The berista did not say hello or smile, or what size drink we wanted. The place did not look clean, tables were sticky, weren't wiped down. Floors had straw papers, and crumbs. Understand there busy ,but one person can clean up, after customers leave a table. Just was disappointed after coming back , to that Starbucks,after not going there for awhile.

The staff worded hard to get the orders out but I noticed they messed up on a few orders, including mine. They prioritized the drive through line to get them out quick while having a lobby of 17 people waiting an average of 18 minutes. Noone is perfect but if you are in a rush, stay in your vehicle, it will be much faster.
