Northgarte Market is my place to go for Mexican meat cuts that I cant find in other typical markets. Plus all the delicious tamales, champurrado much more great hot and prepared food are the best than any other markets.

I dig it! Smaller than some other Northgates but has a good variety of items and bakery department has a lotta tasty treats :D

The store inside is nice, organized, clean and pleasant, with everything u need if u forget something at your regular grocery store. Living around the corner, walking distance is really nice! The cashier wasn't pleasant and didn't speak to me like she spoke to the customer in front of me? She was somewhat rude. Why? I only came to shop like everyone else to pick up a few items so I don't understand. It's enough going on in the world already that we as people are dealing with day to day, along with the weight of the pandemic. So to go to the grocery store and be treated in a not so nice manner is troubling.

I always have a great experience shopping at any Northgate Market and enjoy their food. You could never go wrong with Mexican Food, but unfortunately this evening did not go as expected with Northgate. I bought 4 Chicken Tamales with some other foods, when it came down to unwrapping the tamale… a spider came with it. There was an over cooked spider in the masa of the tamale. I never had something this gross happen to me. I would at least prefer a piece of hair than a spider.

Not shure, call the store
Don't really know since I don't really buy bread there. I actually like to get my bread in different bakeries and tend to look for fresh bread as well.
He suggested going to the store and asking for the manager.
