Leaving at 11 about 15 20 minutes after u should be off
It's my understanding you can keep 10 fish. I'm not into the competition thing but the owner informed me that 10 could be kept. I'm not sure about those who fish competently
Im pretty sure the one's you can keep have to be less than a pound and/or less than 12" long.
