My siblings and I went to LA Vision Optometry they went to get their 1st glasses (since they are minors my mom had to go) and will I already use glasses. When we arrived the front desk workers were great they give us great service, but the problem is with Dr. Tina Patel, my mom had questions about the glasses (based on her experience she had with me when I first got my glasses) the Dr. Patel reacted bad and caused a commotion and was very rude towards my mom and siblings. Dr Patel had told my mom that she had no right to ask her questions and that Dr. Patel had no obligations to answer her questions. Overall the experience was not what I expected it was very uncomfortable, my siblings weren’t feeling good they started to cry and so was my mom and thats something I wouldn’t want other families to go through. She give me a good service but when it came to my mom and siblings she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

My grandmother was referred here by her primary doctor and the staff was very friendly and nice when you walk in, as well the doctor she was giving me information about my grandma as she was checking her eyes and what she needs. I loved this place it’s very organized, clean and everyone is very professional. When you park over at 936 they ask you if you need validation. Even better.

Love the friendly service and beautiful atmosphere of the vision center. The equipment was new, clean and the staff made sure everything was sanitized appropriately before every use. Dr. Liao took the time to answer my questions and explained and offered suggestions for dry eye relief. My glasses were perfect as well! I loved the variety and choices of frames. Professional, reliable A+ service!
