Dr. Balfour is a great at making you feel comfortable through your exam and very informative of what he is doing. Always nice to return for my exams in their very clean and well stocked eye frames. Dr. Shapiro has been nothing less that perfect for the last couple of years I've been coming to his office. His referral for the necessary cataract surgery (and perhaps a touch of glaucoma) resulted in regaining nearly 20/20 vision. I've been to Drs. Balfour & Shapiro's offices twice now, the first for my regular yearly check up and the second two remove a foreign object from my eye. Both times were an excellent experience. Dr. B is kind, thorough, knowledgable and manages to be quick without making the appointment feel rushed or careless. The office staff are all equally as kind and efficient. Highly recommend visiting this office !
