During the lockdown, I fell asleep while wearing my glasses and bent them pretty severely. A screw came out, the right lens was popping out, and they were just crooked in general. I was pretty miserable. After restrictions eased, I went into this place and asked if they could help me. They checked my temperature, which was okay. Then, they got to work on my glasses. Ten minutes later, my glasses were as good as new. I asked them how much I owed them. (I would have paid anything.) But they insisted that it was on the house. Wow, now that's what I call customer service. I'll definitely be going back.
