Worst experience. Bought 5 bikes for burning man for me and my friends. When I wanted to pick them up in Reno at the agreed time, nobody was there. When I called them they said, they closed the pick up location the day before. No excuses, nothing. My friends also ordered. They didn’t get the bikes they ordered. Had to pay more money to get an “upgrade”. Never again.

I initially had a great experience. I bought a bike in 2020 and had a positive experience. Until today I called to get some information on a battery and the guy who answered was so rude. I need a new battery and just needed some info so I bought the right one but he didn't wasn't to give me a straight answer.. I spent 2k here and I guess once they have your money they don't seem to care about you after. I wouldn't buy from them again after today. Fyi I was getting a new battery so I can gift my current bike and get myself a new one. . I'll take my $ elsewhere

I have had such a great experience with Joulvert! First off, the bike has been running well and the only mishap has been a flat tire, which is an easy fix! This bike lasts. Also, the customer service has been outstanding, as well. I would highly recommend this instead of Super73 because I have both and Super73 is made very poorly. Anyways, Joulvert is fantastic!

It’s depending on bike model and the manufacture does have to take Extra cautious. Normally the frame can hold 300lbs, braking system might need to be fortified if going down hill but frame and motor have no issue with ~275lbs. .
Easiest way is to take wheel off and take just the wheel. Any bike store will work on just a wheel. There only one quick release connector to disconnect from back motor. Front has only 2 nuts.
