Guy (whether works there or owns it - we will never know and it honestly doesn't matter) lacked of basic communication and costumer service skills - by that I mean he seemed annoyed that I walked into his empty shop, while he was staring at his phone and I presented a battery that needed fixing. Mind, I called him before. He also made no eye contact and barked a few condescending and completely useless sentences such as "of course it`s a lithium battery" or "of course we sold that vespa years ago" (which was shown in his inventory online and which i asked him about over the phone a day before and he said he still had) Please don't waste your time thinking you will get knowledgeable or decent service.

Came in to ask a few questions and look at bikes, but the owner had no interest in helping. I was left to look alone and when I asked about anything he gave short, annoyed responses. Before I left he said "are you here to buy a bike or not"? Definitely not with that attitude.
