I had a great experience at the office today. The Doctor and Staff got me in for a visit quickly. I had a contact lens fitting and my vision and RX were corrected today. I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER! I love this optometry office. They are very thorough and do the most to help you. They have been there for years and the staff is super sweet and always super busy. I used to come here as a kid I should have never left.

They are very hard to get ahold of. I have been trying to get them to email me my prescription since March. I had to drive there to ask them to please email it to me because I was completely out of contacts and couldn't get ahold of them to order any. They gave me some samples and sent me on my way, assuring me they'd email it to me. I did not receive the email. I finally received a call back months later and requested it again. 2 months have passed since I received that call. Still no email. I've had to stretch the dailies and use each pair for, at least, a week because of their negligence. And this is all after they shut down to renovate for months and months with no notice whatsoever. I loved their service before, but I feel pretty taken advantage of after all of this.
