My left eye has been bothering me as of late so I made an appointment to see an Optometrist at Optikos. Appointments were readily available and super easy to book online. Went in and took a bunch of tests and turned out to be ok (thankfully!). The gentleman who initially helped me wasn't so friendly or nice but he seemed to know what he was doing. Then after the initial tests and etc., I was seen by Dr. Christine (didnt get her last name) who was absolutely fantastic! She was very knowledgeable (if she wasn't, she was really good at pretending like it), very nice, friendly, professional, and patient. Explained everything to me, thoroughly examined me, and patiently showed and explained what they did, what they saw, and what i needed to do. I would definitely be back again!

My first time to be here but I will surely be coming back in the future. They are very well organized from the time you schedule an appointment up to the time you come back for your prescription glasses. The optometrist took lengthy time in discussing my concerns and with the eye examination itself. They don’t let you wait for long like some other offices. They give you options on how and what you want and most of all on what you can afford. If you have concerns, they respond to their phone system via text very quickly. Validated parking is very convenient as well knowing it is in the K-town area. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Online booking was super easy. Very friendly staff! They were patient and very helpful in explaining the process and the doctor was wonderful. Answered all my questions and really cared about eye health. They also validate parking when you park in the garage! I recommend.
