BEWARE: I relied on Precision Tune for years and was excited when they reopened after closing due to Covid. Imagine my disappointment that the new ownership is now using highly dishonest practices. The word SWINDLERS comes to mind. We brought in our vehicle with a squeaking sound and they told us it needed a new part on the front axel that would cost us $350. They also recommended doing a engine tune up as it was due given the mileage. We trusted them based on past experience with Precision Tune and agreed to all of it. Within a day after the repair the squeak returned so we brought it back in. They took it for a test drive and determined the squeak was "Too faint" to easily identify what might be causing it. They recommended that we give it some more time rather than tearing apart the car to find the culprit. Two weeks later we brought it back in, the squeak now louder and continuous. They then told us that the squeak was because the brakes and rotors were bad on ALL FOUR WHEELS and needed to be replaced to the tune of $1400 but they could and give us a special discount down to $750.....We almost bought it because they were being so "nice", but then we remembered we'd just had some work done by another mechanic, Bona Brothers. What was it we had done with them....hmmmm? We called Bona Brothers and confirmed that we had in fact just had our front rotors and brakes replaced by them five months prior. We immediately pulled the car from Precision Tune and took it back to Bona Brothers. They inspected our rotors and brakes and assured us all the brakes and rotors were in EXCELLENT SHAPE and that anyone who said they needed to be replaced didn't know what they were talking about. The cause of the squeak was just one small part that had come loose around a rotor which they found with a quick inspection. They replaced the part without charging us. This wasn't incompetence on Precision Tune's part this was them trying to milk us for all we are worth. Appalling levels of deceit.

I just took my car in for the first time since new ownership has taken over. I appreciated the great customer service and quick turnaround time. They helped me prioritize which things needed to be fixed right away and which could wait. Great experience.

Dave took great care of aligning my 08 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Even though it was a groupon, He was still was very kind and gave me the red carpet treatment! Keep it up Dave, I'll be back with my other vehicles!

The manager here is wonderful. Always friendly and helpful and straight forward with your repair cost. No surprises and if they are unable to, they will let you know. I did a pre-purchase inspection and he made sure I knew the vehicle was in poor condition. Definitely recommend this shop.

Go past precision tune to the opposite end of the building and go to that mechanic instead. Precision tune are scam artists and charge 20 percent more than everyone else. They also mark up parts by 100 percent. For example..call and ask them how much a high pressure power steering hose is for a honda pilot...they will say 250 bucks. Call autozone or O'Reilly...its 119. Then when you take them the part from autozone to save 100 bucks they will hit u with extra labor.
