I was in need of a jackhammer to bust up some concrete in my basement but had never done this kind of work and was feeling uncertain. But I made my first trip to Columbia Heights Rental and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by someone who was very friendly and helped me to figure out exactly what tool I needed for the job. Then someone else got the tool ready for me while I paid and a third person gave me a tutorial on how to use it before helping me get it into my car. All three were very patient and none of them made me feel silly for being a novice at all this. I can’t recommend this company highly enough based on my experience!
