I went to these guys loyally for 2 years but they finally reached the last straw and I will never go back. They have done multiple repairs without my knowledge and without providing a quote or explaining beforehand. Then hand me a bill with things I didn’t ask for or approve and then act surprised when I have questions on it. They have also caused lasting damage to my vehicle by forgetting to replace my drain plug after an oil change, causing all oil to leak out. And guess what, they still charged me for fixing that. “Welcome to Bobby and Steve’s, where you pay for our mistakes.”

Sorry too hear about the rudeness, all the times I've been in there I had no problems, maybe was just a bad day for that employee, I know working with the public you have too be cordial, but everyone has a bad day... hope that your next visit is much better...
No they don't but they are cheap and it's a good idea to have one in your glove box
I do not work at Bobby's and Steve's but I think that if you have the work done there they waive the inspection fees. You would need to ask to be sure of that though
