Very rude when asking questions I was unaware from just always rude only had one good experience. Will never come back.

Sorry too hear about the rudeness, all the times I've been in there I had no problems, maybe was just a bad day for that employee, I know working with the public you have too be cordial, but everyone has a bad day... hope that your next visit is much better...

I apologize that's how you feel I know that when an employee is first trained in respect and accountability are two of the biggest factors I talked to numerous people and the quality and care of employees at Bobby and Steve's and by no means what I take away how you felt of that experience but I only asked you to look at the positives that will come of it you're brave for speaking out
