Worst Experience I've ever had at a bike shop! Im not sure if it was because I have tattoos or if I just looked intimidating but for some reason the woman working the counter must have thought I was going to steal something or just didn't want to be at work that day. Not only did I have to wait for almost 35 minutes to get my questions answered but I got the impression she didn't want my business. Which ultimately was fine because I found everything I wanted to buy on Amazon for almost 35% less anyways. I tried explaining that I didn't like being shadowed through the store while browsing and her condescending attitude was going to lose her a $350 sale but all I got was a lame explanation that made no sense whatsoever. I will NEVER come here again! They offer no return policy on any of their items and when asked about defects she stated that they have never had anything that was defective and I could not return anything. Funniest part was that I had just pointed out how the rack system I was wanting to buy had been assembled incorrectly and was defective. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! RUDE EMPLOYEES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
