Massive price hikes that more than doubled the cost of storage within a year, on two separate units. Went to get something out of the unit and found it had been broken into. Only after contacting the police did we find there was a break-in to the facility two months prior, with many units impacted on that floor. Extra Space Storage will NOT tell you when a break-in occurs, by a matter of their own policy. I would not recommend using them for any storage needs. If you absolutely must, then do **not** use the lock they provide, use your own higher quality one and make it a point to check in on your unit on a regular basis.

At 5 am I spontaneously searched for a larger safe storage unit for my belongings. I do have a storage space,10x10, for my tools in Chaska, Extra Space surprised me with the unit I locked in. The automatic response that I received was a great start. I was provided with a code to view my # immediately. I have been part of a 25 year storage of memories in another town. My view point changed once I entered in a new code. The amenities are clean and amazing! How a 10x19 can make your heart soar, only certain people can feel that way. Trusting a company that made sure by 7 am my # was tagged and a lock placed inside for my use, Wonderful! A building of clean is always a good thing when you have a person of private deep cleaning as Profession, having a storage unit not only with bathrooms to use; but fresh clean ones, makes me even more thrilled with that Sunday morning search. Words can’t describe entirely how Extra Space gets my very first google review. Every penny that will be stored securely with them gives me the ultimate comfort that half of my home of hard work is protected and there for me to see. Thank you and beyond Extra Peoples!!!! You Know How To Run A Good Business!!! Private contractors are finicky, not this time. I will never have to search again. I highly recommend to anyone, the price, location and sense of full security, Extra Space is all the Space you may be looking for. And More!!!

Still liking this after 8 months. Very well lit and often a person in the office if I have questions. The woman saw my husband uses a Walker and kindly opened the door for him as I loaded the flatbed. Very kind.

This is a great facility. Easy access, very clean, climate-controlled and with indoor bays so no need to deal with the weather when moving things in and out. We have 2 spaces that are perfect for storing our things while we are building a new home. The access hours are extensive and security is assured. The staff were very helpful in getting us just the right units for our needs. You may pay a little more than other facilities but they won't compare to Extra Space.
