I biked here from Minnetonka High School, and my first complaint would be the terrible state of the sidewalks and roads around here. Not the fault of the restaurant however, so that's not included in my rating. All I ordered was a thing of curly fries, but it took them 8 minutes to prepare. And they were ready made: they didn't have to fry anything. They just prioritised Drive-Thru customers so much that it took them 8 minutes to do 10 seconds of work. I think its quite expensive for what you're getting, and alternatives around here can be much better for less.

I don't know what's worse. A restaurant that can't keep enough staff to be open past 5pm, turning away dinner rush customers or a restaurant that can't even update their hours to inform customers of there pathetic hours. Guess I don't need to decide since this Arby's is both. And since these problems stem from ineffective managers, I feel bad for their employees.

This place is holding on by a thread, likely due to staffing. Long wait times and just feels unorganized. Hold strong Arby's... this vanilla shake was yummy so there's that!

I know you're short staffed but you are all so very nice and treat each customer as if we're really important. That is something that you don't find at most fast food restaurants today. The food was great but I think your milkshakes are the best!
