I don’t think I have ever caught such a horrible attitude from an employee!! I did not realize until I was checking out that I had a 20% coupon that I could use that was a "buy online pickup curbside" coupon. I realize that it’s an online coupon and yet I was in the store. I asked if I could purchase items online and just take them home if I had proof of purchase. The cashier proceeded to give me attitude like I was wasting her time had me stand in line and order these items online. The manager that had come up to the front in the meantime proceeded to tell me it would be almost a full two hours before the order came through and I would not be allowed to take anything home until that happened. She agreed to cancel the order I'd just placed and give me the 20% off anyway. Props to the manager for being helpful! The employee tho? I think that employee needs to find a new job because she didn't offer to honor it (I understand that technically making that decision is above her pay grade) nor did she even bother to ask the manager that ok'ed it no problem....with attitude on top of it?!

Very upset with this company. Tried spending 100$ gift card from Christmas and instead got billed twice to my personal account for 105$. Customer service says they are unable to cancel or fix this issue so I have to wait for shipping and return to store to get my money back!! 😡

Store was clean and well laid out. I went to look at a wreath, supposedly 4 in stock and none to be found. 70% off fall decor included Halloween and Thanksgiving, which seemed pretty good for late Oct.
